1. Reservation
The acceptance of the reservation is subject to the availability of the apartment at the moment the written request is received, and it is completed, with the consequent execution of the contract only when Dimora Veneziana S.r.l. sends a written communication (by fax or e-mail).

2. Reservation confirmation
Once your reservation has been confirmed, Dimora Veneziana S.r.l. will request the details of your credit card as form of protection and the authorisation to debit the fee of your stay on it. All of the prices shown are in euros.

3. Cancellation by the client
From 14 days until the arrival day: 100% of the agreed price. Non-arrival: 100% of the agreed price. Dimora Veneziana S.r.l. is authorised to debit the amount on the credit card indicated by the client upon reservation for these payments. The client will not have the right to any reimbursement if he voluntarily interrupts the holiday and leaves before the established departure date.

4. Cancellation by Dimora Veneziana S.r.l.
In the event that the apartment is not available for justified reasons, Dimora Veneziana S.r.l. reserves the right to offer an adequate alternative solution to the original reservation. If the client should not wish to accept the alternative that is offered, every obligation will be terminated and the client will receive all amounts that he has paid: nothing else will be requested by Dimora Veneziana S.r.l.

5. Deposit
Once the apartment is released, the client must pay a deposit (in cash or with credit card) equal to 300,00 Euros as a guarantee for possible damages, accidents or missing objects. This deposit will be returned at the end of the leasing agreement, after an inspection carried out by Dimora Veneziana S.r.l.

6. Arrival and departure times
To facilitate your arrival, please notify us (by phone, fax or email) your method of transport and arrival time in Venice; our staff will wait for you at the time agreed at the stop of the public navigation line which is closer to the apartment. The apartment is delivered between 15:00 and 19:00 on the arrival date and must be left before 10:00 on the departure date. Between 15:00 and 20:00 our staff will assist you for check-in free of charge, while after this time, the following rates will be applied

For arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 euro 20,00
For arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 euro 30,00
For arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 euro 50,00

Check-in service is not provided between 02:00 a.m. and 09:00 a.m.

7. Services
The price includes the following services: initial and final cleaning, linen and relative weekly change, utilities such as electricity, cold/hot water, heating and gas.
